In KOBE Diorama Adventure (kodiad), the inhabitants bring our Kobe art project to life.
While we use default models from The Sandbox, their placement is carefully chosen to reflect the hospitality and atmosphere of the real city.

The Singular Leader of kodiad
Unlike the general citizens, the Mayor is a unique figure who exists in only one place to oversee the peace of the world.
Mayor
- The sole leader of kodiad. As the only Mayor in the diorama, he is a symbolic presence watching over the harmony of the project.
Citizens of the Metaverse (Found in All Areas)
These characters represent the friendly people of Kobe and can be found exploring all corners of the world.
Citizen
- The ordinary people living in kodiad. Their presence in every area—from the waterfront to the suburbs—adds a warm and familiar feel to the voxel streets.
Policeman
- Dedicated guardians who patrol various areas to protect the peace. Please be careful not to attack them by mistake!
Area-Specific Inhabitants & Allies
Certain characters are tied to specific facilities or regions, providing unique services or training for their goals.
FootBall Player (Motomachi Area)
- You will find these determined athletes inside the athletic gym in the Motomachi area. They train hard every day with the goal of becoming champions.
Susanowo & Service Automaton (Sannomiya Area)
- The director and staff of the Weapon Lab in Sannomiya. They are your essential allies for obtaining the equipment needed to clear the game.
Archeologist (Museum / Harborland Area)
- She works at the museum and is dedicated to uncovering the deep history and the "scent of memory" within kodiad.
Ghost & Ghost Mania (umie / Harborland Area Only)
- These mysterious spirits and the enthusiast who follows them are found exclusively in the umie area near the harbor.
Gorilla (Nishi-ku Area Only)
- A singular, noble "Keeper of the Forest" found deep within the greenery of Nishi-ku. As the only one of his kind in the diorama, he is a peaceful observer unless provoked.
Threats & Legendary Foes
Wolf (Suzurandai Area)
- A ferocious animal lurking within the ruins of the Suzurandai area, which is currently occupied by monsters.
Barbarian
- Enemies hiding in wait within the mountains and forest areas.
Defector & Imp
- The Imp is a mid-level warrior found in the boss stage. It cannot be defeated, so run away if you encounter it!
Dragon (The Final Boss)
- The ultimate test of your courage. High attack power makes this legendary beast the strongest foe in the Kobe metaverse.
